This discussion has prompted me to think more deeply on this issue….
On the wide & broad way, there’s plenty of room to focus, refocus, focus & refocus many times; this life is going in all directions; always chaos & confusion on the bigger path.
The small & narrow has no room to turn around…you stay focused and follow the Light.

The Way out is the Way in.

The Lord formed a man’s body from the dust of the ground and breathed into it the “breath of life.” And the man became a living person. Genesis 2:7
…those controlled by the Holy Spirit think about things that please the Spirit.
….if the Holy Spirit controls our mind, there is life and peace.” Romans 8:5-7

The bigger something is the more to manage and more that can go wrong. Just look at the ‘porkulus’ stimulus bill being passed by congress. It will cause more hardships than joy.

How many times have we heard that “less is more” and “big things come in small packages.”
How true it is in this passage.
On the narrow road there are no burdens (bondage) or hell to carry on our backs.
Simply seek the small and narrow path to Life. It is Light that leads your way.
The reward is GREAT!
